Salary: $84,000 - $120,000 yearly

What you will do

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP IBP solutions supporting supply and demand planning processes.
• Develop and optimize planning areas, including planning levels, attributes, and key figure calculations.
• Monitor and maintain end-to-end data flows across integrated systems including S/4HANA, ECC, and BW.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Analyze and resolve calculation issues, data inconsistencies, and system defects within IBP.
• Document system configurations and enhancements to support governance and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning or SAP IBP environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP supply and demand planning modules.
• Strong understanding of planning data models, key figure calculations, and aggregation logic.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration and working knowledge of SAP BW.
• Must currently reside within a commutable distance to Libertyville, IL or Nashville, TN.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ABAP or debugging techniques for integration scenarios.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain-focused industries.
• Knowledge of advanced planning scenarios and optimization techniques.
