ALM Consultant (Polarion & Windchill)

What you will do

• Act as the lead consultant and trusted advisor for PTC Windchill RV&S and Siemens Polarion.
• Consult business stakeholders on application requests and requirements, focusing on standardization, harmonization, and globalization.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ALM solutions and process improvements.
• Coordinate the ALM team of Teamcenter solution experts and consultants.
• Design high-level solution architecture within the broader IT landscape.
• Create functional specifications covering requirements, solutions, processes, and end-user concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill RV&S and/or Siemens Polarion.
• Experience with systems and software development processes, including requirements, configuration, change, release, task, defect, and document management.
• Experience integrating ALM, PLM, ERP, SCM, and DevOps platforms.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 26262, IEC 62304, and ASPICE.
• Excellent English skills are required. Communication, problem-solving, analytical, and process-oriented thinking skills are also required.
