hirify.global provides Payroll and HR services across Europe, including the HRnet web-based Human Resources Information System.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in HRnet.
• Design and develop MS SQL procedures using T-SQL.
• Integrate systems and perform data migration.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other roles on HRnet implementation and development.
• Communicate with clients regarding technical solutions and implementation needs.

Requirements

• Mid-level or senior-level knowledge of relational databases, with MS SQL or Oracle experience.
• Willingness to work with MS SQL if the primary database experience is Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working in a team.
• Fluent Croatian and English are required.
