What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various GTM roles, including Account Executives, Enterprise Account Managers, and BDRs.
• Partner with GTM hiring managers to align on business objectives and specific team hiring needs.
• Execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox to build robust pipelines of passive talent.
• Ensure a high-touch, transparent, and inclusive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer.
• Maintain accurate data hygiene within the Greenhouse ATS for seamless reporting and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of experience specifically focusing on GTM/Commercial roles within high-growth SaaS, tech, or marketplace companies.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging passive, top-tier sales talent.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms such as Greenhouse.
• Hands-on expertise in AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Must be based in San Francisco or Chicago to work in-person five days a week.
