What you will do

• Drive business analysis by evaluating stakeholder needs against platform capabilities.
• Analyze requirements and map underlying processes to ensure global alignment.
• Translate user needs into business user stories and detailed acceptance criteria for development.
• Collaborate with Information Systems, Head-Regions, and Global Sales & Marketing stakeholders.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify technical criteria before system release.
• Develop documentation to support post-release business processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements management specifically within Salesforce.
• Proven, thorough hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of sales and sales operational processes.
• Experience with system implementation and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Project management experience.
• Experience within the security industry.
