What you will do

• Deliver signal integrity solutions for large, complex high-speed boards and packages.
• Develop die-to-die interconnect modeling and define SI rules.
• Perform simulation, analysis, and bench validation using state-of-the-art instrumentation.
• Collaborate with IP design and silicon integration teams to meet product requirements.
• Document and provide implementation guidelines to end customers for platform design.
• Perform conformance measurements and debug failures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/systems engineering with 3+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.
• Foundational knowledge of signal and systems (time/frequency domain, linear phase, RSS calculations).
• Experience with computational tools such as Python (SciPy/NumPy) or MATLAB.
• Hands-on experience in signal integrity engineering.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of Ethernet, PCIe, SATA, USB, or DDR standards.
• Expertise in board layout and rules checking using Cadence Allegro.
• Experience with VNA based measurements and S-parameter manipulation.
• Proficiency with simulation tools like SPICE, ANSYS HFSS, or Keysight ADS.
• Ability to create bespoke scripts for simulation automation.
