What you will do

• Identify and prioritize business and product opportunities across APAC markets, including market-specific trading behaviors and regulatory requirements.
• Develop go-to-market product strategies tailored to APAC user segments across markets with varying maturity levels.
• Own and optimize affiliate, referral, and KOL-driven growth channels, including commission models and partner dashboards.
• Optimize the full user trading journey across App and Web, from discovery and onboarding to post-trade review.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for regional trading experience improvements, balancing global capabilities with local needs.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to translate user insights into shipped product features.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience at a centralized crypto exchange (CEX) with a deep understanding of spot and derivatives trading.
• Strong understanding of affiliate and referral growth models in the crypto industry.
• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing crypto, trading, or fintech products.
• Deep familiarity with the APAC crypto market landscape, including regional user behaviors and competitors.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring outcomes across trading volume, user growth, and retention metrics.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience building or scaling affiliate/referral programs at a crypto exchange.
• Experience managing product and growth strategies across multiple APAC markets.
• Hands-on trading experience in crypto derivatives (futures, perpetual swaps, options).
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics, token economics, and DeFi/CeFi dynamics.
