What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for equities and tradfi trading products.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with global market trends.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing teams.
• Analyze market data and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Monitor product KPIs and implement data-driven improvements to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in the tradfi industry.
• Strong domain knowledge of traditional financial markets including stocks and ETFs.
• Previous experience working with trading platforms or stock exchanges.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
