What you will do
- Execute the European social and creator content calendar, adapting global brand direction for regional resonance.
- Manage a portfolio of creator and influencer relationships across Europe, including outreach, briefing, and tracking.
- Maintain consistency of tone, visual identity, and messaging across owned social channels.
- Develop compelling brand-led content tailored to European audiences for X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate day-to-day workflows for junior team members, freelancers, and agencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, legal, compliance, and regional marketing teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand, social media, or creator marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or consumer tech.
- Deep familiarity with the European social and creator landscape and regional platform nuances.
- Hands-on experience managing influencer relationships from outreach to reporting.
- Proficiency in growing brand presence across X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of crypto, Web3, and internet culture.
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
