What you will do

• Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy for high-net-worth and high-volume users.
• Execute aggressive daily outreach to recruit top-tier affiliates, trading communities, and Web3 influencers.
• Design and optimize custom incentive structures, commission models, and payout pipelines.
• Leverage personal networks to funnel high-liquidity traffic to core retail and wealth products.
• Monitor competitor activity to structure superior deals and poach top-tier distribution networks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and legal teams to execute promotions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, growth, or partnerships within the Web3/DeFi/Crypto sector.
• Deep, authentic crypto literacy with active on-chain participation and understanding of derivatives and tokenomics.
• Proven, referenceable network of active Web3 affiliates, alpha groups, or trading communities.
• Relentless outreach mindset with a track record of cold pitching and navigating closed networks.
• Strong understanding of referral tooling, tracking links, and on-chain attribution mechanics.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office four days per week.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with crypto KOLs, OTC desks, or private banking-style crypto products.
• Active immersion in specific geographical crypto hubs like APAC or LATAM.
• Familiarity with compliance boundaries for financial product promotions across multiple jurisdictions.
