hirify.global is building a transparent, permissionless onchain broker layer for global markets, allowing users to trade equities, commodities, indices, and FX via perpetuals.

What you will do

• Own the entire user acquisition funnel, focusing on traffic, signups, funded accounts, and first trades.
• Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels including SEO, paid social, and regional opportunities in LATAM, SEA, and MENA.
• Develop and execute a trader-focused creator program by sourcing and managing influencers on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Build the SEO program from the ground up, including keyword strategy, programmatic pages, and educational hubs.
• Manage the full lifecycle marketing journey using email, push notifications, and in-app triggers to drive retention.
• Drive a rigorous experimentation cadence by tracking CAC, LTV, and conversion rates via GA4, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing within crypto, consumer fintech, or trading platforms.
• Proven track record of scaling at least two growth channels from zero to one.
• High agency with the ability to identify opportunities and execute experiments independently.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with attribution platforms and product analytics tools.
• Ability to write high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and creator briefs without external support.
• Deep understanding of crypto culture or experience as an active trader.

• Experience growing products in regulated industries like iGaming, CFDs, or retail brokerage.
• Established network within Telegram trading communities.
• Experience building affiliate or introducing broker (IB) programs.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing and growth.
