What you will do

• Deliver live, instructor-led Product Management workshops for online learner cohorts.
• Teach core topics including product strategy, customer discovery, prioritization, and AI fundamentals.
• Design and enhance workshop materials, case studies, templates, and reference resources.
• Facilitate interactive discussions, group activities, and hands-on product exercises.
• Mentor learners by providing constructive feedback on assignments and product thinking.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to optimize learning outcomes and content relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Product Management experience in technology-focused organizations.
• Prior experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating professional workshops.
• Strong understanding of PM frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, and Value vs. Effort.
• Experience delivering live virtual training via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-enabled product development and experimentation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Lean Product Development.
• Experience working at high-growth product startups or large-scale tech companies.
