What you will do

• Design and deliver interactive, hands-on technical training for enterprise customers in their own environments.
• Travel globally to conduct in-person training sessions at customer sites.
• Create customer-centric demo videos and polished walkthroughs to replace engineering-centric recordings.
• Develop a library of enablement artifacts including quick-start guides, sample code notebooks, and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate new feature releases into training content.
• Deliver live technical demos at customer discovery calls, webinars, and conferences.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of professional technical experience, with 3+ years focused on cloud infrastructure, GPU computing, or HPC.
• Proficiency with Linux, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud CLI tooling.
• Working knowledge of deep-learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and GPU programming (CUDA).
• 3+ years of experience in formal training, instructional design, or technical enablement.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Valid passport for global travel and ability to work on an on-demand, project-based schedule.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a cloud/HPC vendor, GPU OEM, or AI infrastructure company.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices (MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow).
• Certifications in AWS, GCP, Azure, NVIDIA DLI, or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
• Experience with LMS platforms like Docebo, Teachable, or Moodle.
