What you will do

• Design curriculum structures, learning outcomes, and sequencing for DS, DA, ML, and AI programs.
• Develop technical content, including lessons, video scripts, exercises, and assessments.
• Create hands-on projects using realistic datasets, business cases, and clear success definitions.
• Research trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and automation to keep materials current.
• Review and optimize existing content based on learner feedback and platform data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align academic quality with business priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or AI.
• Strong practical knowledge of SQL, Python, statistics, and ML fundamentals.
• Proficiency in applied AI topics, including LLMs and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience creating structured learning materials for adult learners.
• Fluent in Portuguese and strong oral/written English communication skills.
• Ability to record instructional videos and screen walkthroughs.

Nice to have

• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or tutoring technical projects.
• Background in bootcamps or professional postgraduate programs.
• Familiarity with written Spanish for reviewing or adapting materials.
