What you will do

• Serve as a primary liaison between hirify.global students, families, and the program team.
• Create and manage learning content including forms, surveys, FAQs, and orientation materials.
• Collect and analyze feedback to generate post-mortem reports for each program cycle.
• Assist the Program Manager with data entry, content creation, and administrative support.
• Ensure program cycles run smoothly by meeting deadlines and managing documentation.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen based in the U.S. and currently enrolled in a U.S. undergraduate program.
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, including non-traditional hours.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
• Strong emotional intelligence and experience working with diverse student backgrounds.
