What you will do
- Design assessments, skill checks, and profile measurements to guide learner progression.
- Develop reusable frameworks that define growth from beginner to expert across various domains.
- Contribute to educational design blueprints for lessons and learning activities.
- Analyze test data using Python (pandas, numpy) to ensure measurement quality and reliability.
- Prototype, test, and iterate measurement solutions based on user feedback.
Requirements
- Experience with assessment development, questionnaires, or behavioral measurement.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, statistical libraries) for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of psychometric fundamentals, including validity, reliability, and construct development.
- Systems thinking capability to design scalable frameworks across subjects and languages.
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach to prototyping and iterative development.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Background in learning science, educational measurement, HR analytics, or organizational psychology.
- Experience working with multilingual or multicultural products.
- Interest in how AI can make measurement smarter and more engaging.
