What you will do

  • Design assessments, skill checks, and profile measurements to guide learner progression.
  • Develop reusable frameworks that define growth from beginner to expert across various domains.
  • Contribute to educational design blueprints for lessons and learning activities.
  • Analyze test data using Python (pandas, numpy) to ensure measurement quality and reliability.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate measurement solutions based on user feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience with assessment development, questionnaires, or behavioral measurement.
  • Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, statistical libraries) for data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of psychometric fundamentals, including validity, reliability, and construct development.
  • Systems thinking capability to design scalable frameworks across subjects and languages.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach to prototyping and iterative development.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Nice to have

  • Background in learning science, educational measurement, HR analytics, or organizational psychology.
  • Experience working with multilingual or multicultural products.
  • Interest in how AI can make measurement smarter and more engaging.
