What you will do

• Drive new business acquisition and expand strategic Industrial & Manufacturing accounts across the DACH region.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets through cross-selling and upselling.
• Establish trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor for digital transformation.
• Position Digital Engineering, AI, Cloud, and Data solutions to create measurable business value for customers.
• Collaborate with global sales, consulting, and engineering teams to develop and close complex enterprise deals.
• Represent the company at industry events and executive forums to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Account Management, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven success in winning new business and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of Digital Engineering, AI, Cloud, and Data services.
• Experience working with Industrial & Manufacturing clients.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
