Senior Sensor Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and implement core sensor infrastructure, including network stacks, traffic management, and secure storage.
• Take end-to-end ownership of components from design to production across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Lead technical proposals and design reviews to maintain a high engineering bar.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sensor, cloud communication, and policy teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and resolve complex production incidents at endpoint fleet scale.
• Drive improvements in end-to-end testing and validation for security-critical components.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in systems software engineering with hands-on C/C++ experience.
• Expertise in network protocols, connection management, and cryptographic integration.
• Cross-platform experience with Windows, Linux, and/or macOS.
• Ability to ensure software reliability and correctness at global fleet scale.
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada is required.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.

• Background in EDR, endpoint security, or kernel-adjacent software.
• Experience with security-critical cryptographic libraries or service design.
