What you will do

• Act as the lead security architecture advisor for all AI-related initiatives across the organization.
• Define AI security principles, standards, guardrails, and reference architectures for the AI lifecycle.
• Design secure architectures for MLOps pipelines, vector databases, RAG solutions, and AI agents.
• Conduct AI-focused risk assessments and threat modeling to mitigate data leakage and prompt injection.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Evaluate security risks of third-party AI platforms, foundation models, and SaaS AI tools.

Requirements

• Significant experience in cyber security architecture, application security, or cloud security.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, MLOps, and AI-enabled application architectures.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and threat modeling for complex technology environments.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and identity and access management.
• Must be based in or associated with Toronto, Canada

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG architectures, prompt orchestration frameworks, or AI agent frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI red teaming or adversarial testing.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLM, and MITRE ATLAS.
• Experience in regulated industries like finance, healthcare, or critical infrastructure.
