What you will do

• Own endpoint hardening baselines, including CIS benchmark adoption and EDR tuning in CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Investigate, contain, and document security incidents, participating in a shared on-call rotation.
• Strengthen identity and access via phishing-resistant MFA (FIDO2), Okta device trust, and conditional access.
• Implement data-protection controls (SASE, CASB, DLP) and guardrails for internal AI usage.
• Optimize SIEM detections in Datadog and build AI-assisted automation to reduce operational toil.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 2 to 4 years of experience in enterprise/infrastructure security, SecOps, or incident response.
• Hands-on experience with EDR tools (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon) and familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK.
• Practical knowledge of SSO, MFA, IdPs (Okta), and least-privilege principles.
• Experience investigating alerts in SIEM tools and building automation workflows.
• Strong written communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Datadog SIEM.
