What you will do

• Lead technical program discussions, managing project risks, scope prioritization, and integration strategies with external stakeholders.
• Define end-to-end data workflows, including ingestion, transformation, and monitoring patterns.
• Conduct trade surveillance algorithm parameter tuning and analyze output for client deliverables.
• Partner with engagement leads to oversee platform delivery and ensure client confidence.
• Investigate and remediate data quality or accuracy issues across the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal Product and R&D teams to validate solutions and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering solutions within the capital markets industry.
• Deep domain knowledge of capital markets technology, including Execution Management Systems or Trade Surveillance platforms.
• Proven ability to work directly with sophisticated clients to resolve implementation challenges.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical architecture to both technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with integration methods such as REST APIs, message queues, and ETL pipelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with FIX message formats, CLOBs, and pre-/post-trade workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tooling and agent frameworks for analytical tasks.
• Knowledge of on-chain data structures and DEX order flows.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis and validation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like Clickhouse or Snowflake.
