What you will do

• Lead technical integrations for customers from sandbox to public product launch.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to perform technical demos and architect solutions.
• Provide high-level strategic support for key high-volume accounts.
• Drive business process optimization for the customer journey from discovery to go-live.
• Act as the primary technical expert for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgrade for on-site work.
• Deep understanding of API concepts, security mechanisms, and integration patterns.
• Strong grasp of SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and modern web applications.
• Demonstrable coding skills in Java and database querying in SQL.
• Proven ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Scripting proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Codex.
