What you will do

• Execute end-to-end user research projects from study planning and participant engagement to analysis and reporting.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods, including usability studies, surveys, diary studies, and field research.
• Partner with Product, Design, ML Research, and Hardware teams to drive evidence-based decision-making.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product and member experience improvements.
• Lead sequential research projects while maintaining high-quality execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Explore and evaluate AI-enabled workflows to expand the team's methodological toolkit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UXR, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience conducting user research in product, technology, healthcare, or customer-focused environments.
• Experience independently conducting mixed methods research studies, including design, moderation, and synthesis.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to translate findings for diverse audiences.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, MA for on-site work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
