TL;DR

is recruiting for a client transforming the fitness industry through EMS technology, AI, and automation across Australia and New Zealand.
What you will do
- Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Build and optimize customer journeys in Go High Level, including lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement.
- Identify and implement AI-powered automation for marketing and operational tasks using Zapier, Make.com, and n8n.
- Drive organic growth via SEO and WordPress/Elementor optimization, including AI-assisted content production.
- Develop data-driven reports and dashboards using GA4 and CRM data to analyze marketing ROI and customer lifecycles.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to build scalable systems that drive growth across the entire client network.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
- Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong proficiency with Go High Level (or similar CRMs) and WordPress/Elementor.
- Excellent written English proficiency.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing AI workflows and using Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
- API integration experience.
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Experience working with franchise or multi-location business models.
