What you will do

• Develop and own SEO strategies aligned with client business objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and build prioritized roadmaps for technical and content fixes.
• Lead technical SEO audits and manage complex website migrations, redirects, and structured data.
• Guide content teams on search intent, topical coverage, and on-page optimization for traditional and AI search.
• Translate rankings and traffic data into clear commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies to ensure visibility in AI-driven discovery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an SEO-focused role, either in-house or within an agency.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and proficiency with tools such as Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Adobe Analytics.
• Proven experience managing or contributing to successful website migrations.
• Ability to confidently communicate technical findings to non-technical senior stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing hypotheses.
• Awareness of AI-driven search experiences (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) and entity signals.
• Experience working across both B2B and consumer sectors.
• Familiarity with international or multilingual SEO.
