What you will do

• Translate supply plans into accurate purchase orders aligned with inventory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to monitor production schedules and order progress.
• Partner with vendors to optimize order fulfillment, reduce lead times, and improve service levels.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, including shortages, delays, and quality issues.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth movement of goods and track shipment status.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure operational visibility within internal systems.
