What you will do

• Lead regional capacity and production planning across APAC factories to optimize customer service and costs.
• Drive supply chain resilience through BCP, contingency planning, and cross-functional risk mitigation.
• Improve planning visibility and governance through automation, data quality, and advanced analytics.
• Develop and mentor the regional Capacity Planning team, ensuring succession planning and capability building.
• Partner with factories, markets, and global leadership to enable integrated, data-driven planning decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Binh Duong, Vietnam
• 5-10 years of operational experience in supply chain or capacity planning.
• Proven experience in informal or formal people leadership.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across regional teams.
