Location: Onsite in Hanoi, Vietnam

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify sales forecasts and determine order quantities.
  • Manage project forecasts and upload them to vendors using the 3E system.
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and shippers to ensure all legal import and sales documentation is in place.
  • Analyze inventory health to minimize issues and optimize stock levels.
  • Maintain material master data and prepare detailed inventory and sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with knowledge of supply chain, Incoterms, and customs processes.
  • 3-5 years of experience in trading parts planning, including 1-2 years in medical device/consumables trading.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and Power Query.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Power BI and Power App.
  • Experience with SAP or other forecasting systems.
  • Background in pharmaceuticals or experience working in FDI companies.
