What you will do
- Calculate monthly tax refund amounts and manage the full application process with customs authorities.
- Coordinate export customs declarations, including shipping documentation and Certificate of Origin issuance.
- Perform quarterly reviews of import and export data to prepare accurate liquidation reports.
- Manage freight RFQ activities and coordinate with logistics teams for finished goods transportation.
- Monitor local regulatory changes related to import/export and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Process payments for freight forwarders and customs brokers while ensuring cost management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export customs clearance in a non-EPE environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax refund and export liquidation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- English proficiency required for professional communication.
Nice to have
- Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industries.
- Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements (EVFTA, ATIGA, AK, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SAP.
- Proven background in freight sourcing.
