What you will do

• Manage operations for services at the intersection of development and infrastructure teams.
• Drive improvements to architecture and operating practices to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• United States citizenship (naturalized or native) is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (TS/SCI w/CI Poly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems and public cloud infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience instrumenting applications for observability (metrics, logging, tracing).
• Skills in capacity planning and performance optimization of distributed systems.
• Knowledge of incident management processes and post-incident analysis.
• Experience automating operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
