Salesforce Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: On-site at hirify.global headquarters in San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $75,000–$86,000 per year, plus target discretionary bonuses of 10% cash and 10% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Analyze existing business systems and processes, conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops, and secure sign-off on documentation.
• Translate business needs from cross-functional teams, customers, and compliance stakeholders into clear technical requirements.
• Build Salesforce declarative customizations and automations, including objects, record types, layouts, fields, workflows, flows, process builders, macros, and Quicktext.
• Support Salesforce integrations and Omni-Channel capabilities involving Assignment Rules, Entitlements, LiveAgent, Glance, and Five9.
• Coordinate requirements, documentation, process flows, and project lifecycle activities for small to mid-size projects in an Agile environment.
• Support testing, test-plan development, user training, documentation, adoption, root-cause analysis, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant Salesforce certifications.
• At least 2 years of Salesforce.com Administrator experience.
• Experience with SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Knowledgebase, Communities, and Salesforce1 Mobile.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, plus SQL knowledge.
• Experience operating in Scrum and Agile environments and working with cloud and on-premise systems.
• Experience with Five9, Conga, Glance, LoS, and Marketing Cloud platforms.
