What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement for production parts including PCBAs, composites, machined components, and sheet metal.
• Coordinate directly with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and arrange expedited shipping when necessary.
• Source, qualify, and negotiate multi-year strategic agreements with domestic suppliers to secure cost and capacity.
• Utilize NetSuite/Cofactr to manage procurement activity and proactively identify supply chain risks.
• Establish procurement structures and urgency to support company scaling across multiple commodities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement within a similar industry.
• Experience sourcing domestic PCBAs, composites, and machined components.
• Proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to El Segundo, CA for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating multi-year strategic supplier agreements.
• 2+ years of experience working in a small, fast-paced startup environment.
