What you will do

• Take technical ownership of ICT services in customer-specific smart-sourcing models
• Ensure stable, secure, and compliant operations across multi-vendor environments
• Contribute to solution and architecture design with operational and lifecycle requirements
• Coordinate technical topics across operations, engineering, and architecture; act as key technical contact for customers and partners
• Support major incidents, problem management, and complex escalations
• Coach engineers and drive automation and AI-enabled initiatives (AIOps) to improve efficiency and quality

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in ICT operations or a similar role
• Strong expertise across networking, cloud, security, platforms, and automation
• Experience with smart-sourcing and multi-vendor environments
• Solid understanding of end-to-end service management: incident, problem, change, and release
• Fluent in French and English
• Ability to coordinate, influence, and solve complex technical issues in a structured, customer-oriented way

Nice to have

• German language skills
• Interest or experience in automation and AIOps
