What you will do

  • Define the technology architecture vision, standards, and multi-horizon roadmap.
  • Act as the primary authority for major technology investments and long-term design decisions.
  • Design complex integrated solutions across geospatial platforms, subsurface scanning, edge operations, and HPC workloads.
  • Set the architectural direction for data platforms, AI enablement, and hybrid cloud strategies.
  • Establish a company-wide architectural practice with clear principles to enable product delivery autonomy.
  • Own security architecture principles, including zero-trust and data sovereignty compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in geospatial systems and building enterprise-scale data platforms.
  • Deep hands-on experience with AI/ML infrastructure and cybersecurity.
  • Extensive background in progressive technology leadership roles, such as Principal Architect.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native patterns, containerization, and serverless architecture.
  • Ability to lead and influence stakeholders from the boardroom to engineering teams.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Nootdorp, Netherlands.
