AI Architect (AI)

TL;DR

AI Architect (Cloud/MLOps): Designing secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AI architectures for APAC deployments with an accent on the Marine Ground Digital Twin Platform. Focus on defining technical standards, building MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, and ensuring compliance with regional data sovereignty requirements.

Location: Must be a Singapore Citizen (SG) or Permanent Resident (PR). Onsite in Singapore.

What you will do

• Design secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AI system architectures and technical standards for regional APAC deployments.
• Lead "build vs buy vs integrate" evaluations and produce detailed architecture artifacts, including solution designs and technical roadmaps.
• Architect multi-cloud and hybrid solutions across Azure, AWS, and other compliant platforms, ensuring data sovereignty.
• Govern AI/ML environments, selecting foundational models and designing RAG architectures and MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.
• Integrate security controls, encryption, and access controls into all architectural decisions to align with global governance.

Requirements

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SG/PR).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in solution, software, data, or enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data access, analysis, and preparation.
• Extensive experience with data platforms, data lakes, lakehouses, or data warehouses.
• Strong understanding of security-by-design, privacy-by-design, and data governance.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, model integration, agentic workflows, and secure enterprise deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, or Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Expertise in API design, DevOps, or Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, or Databricks.
