What you will do
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for healthcare-focused AI and XR solutions.
- Identify high-potential market segments and develop strategic growth plans.
- Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and innovation forums.
- Lead discovery conversations and workshops with prospective healthcare partners.
- Develop proposals, partnership agreements, and funding opportunities.
- Position the company as a trusted partner in the healthcare innovation ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, innovation, or healthcare strategy.
- Proven track record working with hospitals, health authorities, academic institutions, or health-tech companies.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Preference for candidates based in Canada.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital health, medical simulation, or learning technologies.
- Knowledge of AI solutions and Extended Reality (XR, VR, or AR).
- Background in research and innovation programs or public sector healthcare.
