What you will do

• Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic partners, suppliers, and sponsors.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews to safeguard commercial value.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Operations to activate partnerships across hospitality and digital channels.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and ROI, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities and broaden partner ecosystems.
• Represent the organization in external forums and partner pitches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships or sponsorships in a high-performance environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet partner commitments and attend events.
• Must be able to work on-site in Wantage, Oxfordshire as part of a hybrid arrangement.
