What you will do

• Lead analysis of commercial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities across the UK Division.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Investments, Trading, and Crypto portfolios.
• Create and pressure-test greenfield product propositions from concept to market.
• Prepare board-quality memos and presentations for the UK MD and the Board.
• Manage and develop a team of two Commercial Strategy Associates.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Compliance to remove delivery blockers.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy, commercial, and analytical roles, combining top-tier consulting and in-house operating experience.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end strategy work: framing the question, analysis, and implementation.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, pricing frameworks, and commercial performance analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for senior stakeholder management.
• Experience leading or coaching a small team.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated, data-led consumer businesses.
• Exposure to technology or platform businesses where product and commercial decisions are coupled.
• Familiarity with retail trading or investment products.
