What you will do

  • Lead the day-to-day planning and execution of onsite and virtual client engagements to ensure seamless, memorable experiences.
  • Curate agendas, storytelling, and immersive showroom tours tailored to specific business objectives.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and oversight for the local Client Engagement + Experience (CEE) team and contract resources.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Showroom Operations, IT, and Marketing to align delivery and messaging.
  • Manage the showroom engagement pipeline, including scheduling, prioritization, and meeting room utilization.
  • Monitor client feedback and engagement trends to drive continuous improvement in hospitality and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in client experience, hospitality, event strategy, or marketing.
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-visibility client engagements with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong hosting and hospitality skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including coverage for evening events outside standard hours.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
