What you will do

• Own operational excellence and organizational effectiveness for the international SEO team.
• Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies for Honda Motor Group across the EMEA region.
• Translate traditional SEO strategies into AI-first search environments, including E-E-A-T and structured data.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
• Identify and pitch innovation opportunities to internal and client stakeholders.
• Simplify complex AI and search concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SEO, including onsite, offsite, and technical SEO.
• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Generative Search Optimization (GSO) and AI-driven discovery.
• Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools including GA4, Search Console, and crawling platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to create compelling strategic narratives.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM visibility and tracking tools.
• Knowledge of web technologies, CMS platforms, and site architecture.
