Account Director, SEO (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role requiring the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Shape and deliver the international SEO and GEO strategy for Honda Motor Group across EMEA.
• Help build a new international search programme from the ground up and establish scalable ways of working.
• Own operational excellence, organise team output, and manage multiple workstreams to deadline.
• Lead client-facing activity and engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify growth and innovation opportunities and develop strategic proposals with Business Directors.
• Anticipate changes in the search landscape and develop forward-looking solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SEO experience, including onsite, offsite, and technical SEO for leading brands.
• Understanding of Generative Search Optimisation, AI-driven discovery, LLMs, AI Overviews, and conversational search interfaces.
• Experience with LLM visibility and tracking tools and with defining KPIs beyond rankings.
• Knowledge of GA4, Search Console, crawling tools, ranking platforms, and emerging AI search monitoring tools.
• Understanding of CMS platforms, rendering, indexing, site performance, APIs, structured data, entity optimisation, and E-E-A-T.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
