Salary: $115,200 - $194,400 USD

What you will do

  • Create and optimize automated lifecycle journeys and trigger-based communications for self-service users.
  • Lead campaigns from conception to execution, including copywriting, segmentation, and QA.
  • Develop conversion paths for free-to-paid, trial-to-paid, and self-managed-to-paid user segments.
  • Partner with Product Growth, SMB Sales, and Marketing Ops to align audience strategy and messaging.
  • Analyze performance insights to identify gaps and continuously optimize program effectiveness.
  • Serve as an email marketing SME for best practices in deliverability and personalization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, or growth marketing.
  • Experience working within B2B SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) companies.
  • Expertise in Marketo or Iterable for audience segmentation and automation.
  • Strong email copywriting and performance optimization skills.
  • Ability to use funnel and product engagement data to drive improvements.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design and troubleshooting.
