What you will do

• Grow organic presence through off-page citations on blogs, forums, and review sites and track performance.
• Identify new keyword opportunities and content gaps to improve search rankings and share of search.
• Manage the full loop of content improvements from identification to implementation with the engineering team.
• Prioritize the most impactful SEO and AI search opportunities in collaboration with management.
• Test and develop new organic growth channels as they emerge.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in SEO and how AI is reshaping search behavior.
• Passion for Growth, Marketing, and the startup ecosystem.
• Comfortable with data analysis, trend spotting, and deriving actionable insights.
• AI-centric mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools to build efficient systems.
• Detail-oriented approach for technical SEO audits and strategic prioritization.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or GA4.
