What you will do

• Act as the technical SEO lead for a team of seven writers.
• Conduct deep technical SEO audits covering site architecture, crawling, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
• Research and implement strategies to improve visibility in AI search (GEO/AEO) across platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Monitor and report on rankings, AI citations, and CTR, providing data-driven re-optimization recommendations.
• Build and scale AI-assisted workflows for content production and SEO analysis.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and website architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Proven experience optimizing content for AI search (GEO/AEO) and AI assistants.
• Strong understanding of structured data (Schema.org) and modern web technologies.
• Experience collaborating effectively with engineering and editorial teams.
• Ability to use AI tools and automation to scale content operations.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling organic traffic for a startup through content and technical SEO.
• Optimization experience for platforms such as YouTube, Reddit, and other discovery channels.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and workflow automation tools like n8n or Make.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
