What you will do

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school training according to regulatory standards and hirify.global curriculum.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) guiding clients through all phases of their training.
• Conduct professional pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Manage administrative tasks, including training records and remedial training recommendations.
• Support the development of curriculum and courseware as an SME.
• Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman after 1.5+ years.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to live and work in the United States.
• Hold an unrestricted ATP certificate and one unrestricted PIC type rating.
• 3,000+ hours of total flight time.
• 2–5 years of job-relevant experience.
• Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to participate in the DOT Anti-Drug & Alcohol testing program.

Nice to have

• CJ3 Type Rating or existing instructor qualification.
• FAR Part 135 experience.
• Previous experience as a 142 Instructor and/or Training Center Evaluator.
• Experience flying business aircraft.
