What you will do

• Identify international SOF requirements and coordinate deconfliction with US operational headquarters.
• Maintain tracking mechanisms for partner nation requests and operational deployments.
• Plan and execute coordination events with TSOCs, NATO SOF HQ, and partner nation headquarters.
• Support the development of common operational pictures for USSOCOM planning forums.
• Manage daily operations of the J3-I facility, including secure collaboration spaces and SCIF access.
• Coordinate with the Foreign Disclosure Office for the release of plans to international partners.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Graduate of a US SOF component selection and assessment program (e.g., SFQC, BUDS).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1 year of recent combat/operational experience in a multinational special operation (e.g., ISAF).
• 3 years of recent regional experience as a member of GCC or TSOC staff.
• Graduate of a Joint Professional Military Education or equivalent course.
• 1 year of experience in an international SOF environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Global SOF Synchronization Process (GSOS) and Trans-Regional Synchronization Forums (TRSF).
• Familiarity with USSOCOM planning processes and joint planning frameworks (APEX/JOPES).
• Experience managing classified collaboration tools across SIPR/NIPR/BICES/APAN domains.
• Foreign language proficiency relevant to USSOCOM partner nations.
