What you will do

• Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of at least 125 major donors using individualized engagement strategies.
• Build long-term, trust-based partnerships to ensure donors are connected to the impact of their giving.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive major gifts strategy to ensure annual budget stability and long-term growth.
• Identify and cultivate new individuals and families to invite them into major donor partnerships.
• Track portfolio activity within CRM systems and provide regular strategic performance insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to create donor proposals, investment opportunities, and impact stories.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; CFRE or an advanced degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of related work experience in fundraising or donor relations.
• Proven track record of building and leading major donor programs and driving measurable results.
• Financial fluency in charitable giving vehicles, including DAFs, appreciated securities, and planned giving.
• Strong knowledge of tax considerations relevant to major donors, such as capital gains and charitable deductions.
