What you will do

• Design, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for high-volume batch processing and real-time streaming.
• Architect distributed systems and database models across hybrid and cloud-native environments.
• Deploy and manage vector databases and semantic layers for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI agent memory.
• Construct secure, high-throughput API endpoints to enable autonomous systems to interact with distributed datasets.
• Implement data quality and observability frameworks to ensure high-fidelity data delivery and prevent schema drift.
• Bridge the gap between complex business challenges and scalable data solutions in rapid-prototype cycles.

Requirements

• Production-grade coding proficiency in Python and advanced SQL optimization.
• Practical experience orchestrating pipelines using Airflow, dbt, and Kafka.
• Expertise in database modeling and deploying resources within AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma, or Weaviate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dallas, US.

Nice to have

• Experience in highly regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector).
• Experience scaling deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with semantic modeling and AI agent architectures.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and working under Agile methodologies.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Data Engineering.
