Salary: $102,000–$115,000

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and automate workflows using AI.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, assistants, and agents.
• Build proof-of-concepts and MVPs to validate business value.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Oracle.
• Develop reusable components and frameworks to scale AI adoption across the organization.
• Evaluate AI applications for accuracy, reliability, and business effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of professional software engineering or application development experience.
• Experience building applications utilizing LLMs, AI APIs, or generative AI technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms like Azure OpenAI or Anthropic Claude.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
