What you will do

• Build and manage a ServiceNow HRSD delivery team in Poland, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
• Establish quality standards for HRSD projects and review solutions to ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Drive go-to-market activities and collaborate with sales leadership to grow the HRSD pipeline.
• Design and evolve AI-powered HRSD offerings and create reusable assets.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert during client conversations and ensure team readiness for new projects.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to develop scalable and differentiated solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically focusing on HRSD.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including team building and leadership.
• Active ServiceNow certification (e.g., CSA, CIS HRSD or equivalent) is required.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle and case/knowledge management.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, pipeline management, or go-to-market activities.
• English: Very good written and spoken command required.
