Sr. Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Sr. Financial Analyst (FP&A): Supporting the Latin America FP&A team across Revenue and Cost pillars through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis with an accent on building and validating financial models and dashboards. Focus on translating complex P&L and operational metrics into clear insights, ensuring accuracy across SAP BPC and related systems, and presenting results to senior management.

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and optimize financial reports and dashboards (Tableau, Excel, Power BI, SAP BPC) to deliver accurate, timely insights.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis for P&L.
• Run core FP&A cycles including Long Range Plan, Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, and Monthly Forecast.
• Maintain planning templates, forecast models, and corporate reporting files in SAP BPC and Excel; consolidate and validate data from multiple business units.
• Build and maintain financial models (ROI, NPV, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis) and incorporate risks/opportunities into projections.
• Prepare senior-management presentations and support system updates, data uploads, reconciliations, and reporting automation improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and strong PowerPoint presentation design.
• Working knowledge of SAP BPC and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Familiarity with SQL or data query tools and automation platforms (Alteryx; Python basics preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
